This is Theo again, proving he does come up white everytime!! only thing is - he wants to be sure what he is being called for this time!! is it for a walk? in which case I will come - or is it for a bath - in which case I will stay here thank you.......... or do I just pose???

This is Theo - showing us exactly how to get your "whites" back - he does not look too keen on the idea - obviously preferred the "camouflage" look....................... funny how munsters love to go out in the rain - but hate to have a shower!!!! LOOK at the colour of the water as it runs off him........................

This is Theo - belonging to John - really like the scenery and effect - and the way Theo clearly has his eye on something in the trees!! Looks a fabulous place for walking munsters - plenty of interest!! Wonder how is "whites" come up after a walk?

"Munsterlander Fun"

This is our Rumour! Racing up the bank at the local "Res.," Very wild and windswept area, a river on either side, with a high bank up in the centre - "humans" walk up on the bank and the dogs fly up and down the bank "to check in" but then run off along the flat bits in search of fun!
Brook of course goes that bit further onto the mud banks!!! In the summer they all swim too.

Slightly different today - this is from Marie, a card she "created" herself and e-mailed to me, sadly she lost Sam this year, but this is Sally's new friend - Mac - joining in his first Christmas with his new family. I am sure he will be much loved, and we will see more photos of him in the coming New Year......

This is a photo we had - of Heide, Ichbin Bedazzled Von Estmarza - we had used it previously, (as a picture on the calendar maybe?) but Pat "bought" the picture (by making a donation to LM Rescue) and then had a border added, and her own personalised greeting inside!! Job done!!! Anyone interested in this kind of thing - let me know!

"Munsterlander cards - by request"

This has to be one of my favourites - it is a picture, sent to me by Christine Weber (I am sure of this one!!!) but again - the details have been lost in the filing! - It was used as a Christmas card, either last year, (or the year before last - I forget now!!!) Once again I am hoping someone can give us the details on the munster notes blog! Had an idea yesterday - anyone who sees any of these old pics and would like them "personalised" for their own use next year - contact me - and I will see what I can do!!! however, in the case of photos like the above I would have to have the owners permission!!!

This photo was sent to us by Gry Loberg, I think via Christine Weber! and is entitled "Trekker Pulk" would love to know more about the dog - the owner - and the activity!!! It was used last year as a Christmas card and was very popular - and several people asked the same question - maybe someone can clear up the mystery for us......

"Nativity Munsterlander"

This was a picture of Dart, the large Munsterlander belonging to Brenda and family, by the babies cot - Jo added the pressie and it was a "personalised" card Brenda had printed for her own use, whilst still supporting Large Munsterlander Rescue. The baby is now a little boy at school - hope the card does not cause him embarrassment in the years to come!!!!

Although this is "breaking the chain" ie is not a card we have had printed in the past for LM Rescue, it is still within the "theme" as it is a card made, and sent to me, by Mr. Bishop - of his dog Ben, (Ben himself was rehomed through Large Munsterlander Rescue!) Mr. Bishop said of Daily Dog "I get a lot of pleasure from your daily dog pictures". Well - the feeling is mutual - we get a lot of pleasure from your pictures of Ben Mr. Bishop!!! Thank You.

"English Munsterlanders Abroad"

This is yet another "old" Christmas card favourite - Duke and Duchess, two dogs born in England and exported to North America (or Canada? sorry "senior moment" here!) Don't they look lovely taken at this angle with the spectacular scenery behind them! Does the dog look so white - because of the reflection of the snow and light - or did he have a bath specially?

"Munsterlander Card by Katie"

The above is the "personalised" card Katie gave to me (Elle) this year!!! It is a "reference" to my trike - which I used to use to take the dogs out - does not get used so much at the moment, Jo and Gordon are doing most of the exercising - but Lex in particular used to love the trike!! I did once (foolishly) try it with two dogs - never again!!!

"Munsterlander Festive Puppies"

This was yet another Christmas Card of 2005. Two puppies, Arnold and Lily - getting up close and personal. As you can see it was done in a "painting" kind of effect. Sweet! I know these two have a good home - but spare a thought for the ones that have not this Christmas - and buy more Calendars and Christmas Cards!!!!!!!!

Munsterlander temptress

Elle has asked me to do Daily Dog today, - so here's another Christmas card (seeing as she didn't say the photo one 'under the mistletoe' was mine!) This is part of one I did for Elle a couple of years ago. Next year I'm hoping to do a range of Munster cartoons for the LM Rescue cards. I keep meaning to, but always seem to run out of time! Maybe if I start now . . . .

"Munsterlander Puppy"

Isn't she lovely? This is a picture of Marli - belonging to Sharon Miller. She almost looks abandoned in this picture - but I can assure you - she is anything but!! Marli is now a multi-talented member of the household, she won a CC last year, and also takes part in agility demonstrations, and goes shooting most weekends!! AND "stars" on Christmas cards!!!!

This was a Christmas Card Jo "made up" the original photo was Dart , the Munsterlander - owned by Brenda Miles, lying on the bed, with Brenda's husband, Stuart, lying in the bed!! Jo "adapted" it and it became a Christmas Card!! This one always makes me smile - love the reindeer looking in at the window........

Every year our Large Munsterlander Rescue group produces packs of Christmas cards for sale to raise funds. Also they serve to promote awareness of the need for a breed rescue organisation. We have seen many pictures of Theo out and about, so this is the other side of him - happy and relaxed by fireside - and of course, by family - Theo has a great dislike of being left alone!!!!
