This is Heide, or Ichbin Bedazzled Von Estmarza, proudly owned by Elaine Baker. Heide is making quite a name for herself in the "obedience" ring, and today won the RBCC in the showring at WELKS - a truly multi-talented girl. Here she is seen holding the RCC card - clearly not as impressed as her owner had been......

"Almost a Large Munsterlander"

This is a bit of a consolation prize! Christine Weber walked her dogs up the Sidlaw Hills today,
intending to take some more photos of Mia and Curtis, but - after all that effort - the camera batteries were flat, so trudged all the way home again! However, after a good dinner, the dogs, including this cavalier or "honourary Munsterlander", got a pig's ear in the sun. So maybe not the shot I wanted, but the story was good................................... and the dogs were happy!!!

Readers of our other blog (Munsternotes, www.munstermag.homestead.com ) will know that Brook (the Large Munsterlander bitch pictured above) has had a problem with her tail this week. This picture was taken the day before, when she was racing along this path, and in and out of the rivers flowing on either side, we feel that this was where she caused the injury!! I am sure it will not be putting her off her favourite walk in future. Let's hope she is more careful though!!

Mia does have her "Show Champion" title - she is actually Sh. Ch. Jagerreh Hermia JW., seems she scrubs up well.....

This is Curtis and Mia, two large Munsterlanders who live in Scotland with owner, & breeder Christine Weber. Clearly Christine has decided the best way to include Mia is to get her to stand next to Curtis............. think you all know I have a bit of a "thing"about Curtis..............

I came across this photo today, whilst attempting to clear out my files! this is a picture of Dee, or Petar Von Plazastein, sadly no longer with us, but she was the most sweet and gentle munsterlander I have ever had, or anyone will ever have!!! She was a total "lady".

Proudly owned by Mike and Joyce Brown, Millie was quite well known as a good working dog in her prime, she was also shown. Certainly worthy of the title "Golden Oldie".

Well, I am sure you will all recognise this - it is Curtis, Jagerreh Curtis, owned and bred, and frequently photographed, by Christine Weber in Scotland. Hardly surprising he has so many photos taken, he is a very attractive example of the breed, Scotland must be very proud of him!! He is, I admit, one of my favourite dogs, and I know he is a very popular pin-up amongst readers of Daily Dog.

This is Tinkerbelle, the Cavalier, who THINKS she is a Large Munsterlander, as is regularly exercised with Christine Weber's three Munsters - don't you love the "Beach Babe" pose? seems she shares the love of water and wide open spaces, well maybe not quite as enthusiastic as a munster, but still keen to tag along.

Jenny and Pete Moore, with Munsterlanders Cash and Visa, stayed overnight in that very swanky hotel by the NEC., (see date, 'twas the night before Crufts!) and Visa clearly was not fazed by the opulence, just waiting for room service to bring her gold dog bowl no doubt!!

Well this is Brook, in the back garden, alone, and why is Brook in the back garden alone? well, because Brook does not seem to realise a gate that is shut is intended as an obstacle, she just jumps over it, just like that! and strange as it seem the other five all stand there - looking amazed that she has done it! and make no attempt to follow her!!
